Remarks	The 331st Casualty Report (page 2, #56) for 1944 lists Pfc. Romano as member of E Co. The morning reports confirm this. Private Romano was a member of E Company. The morning report for July 17, 1944 on page 23 list him joining the unit from the 86th Replacement Battalion on July 18, 1944. The morning report for August 1, 1944 on page 1 and 2 list his promotion to Private First Class. The pages can be seen below. Since we have no later documents we assume that Private First Class Romano died while serving in E Company.
