The morning report for July 19, 1944 on page 27 lists him joining the unit from the 92nd Replacement Battalion on July 11, 1944. Page 38, for July 25, 1944, lists him as severely wounded in action and transferred to the 100th Evacuation Hospital. The morning report for October 3, 1944 on page 3 lists him returning to duty with M Company, from the 100th Evacuation Hospital. The morning report for December 14, 1944 on page 15 lists him as killed in action on December 10, 1944. The pages can be seen below.
